Job Description: Business Development Associate
Roles and Responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that
emphasizes on spreading unique way of learning across India. Your role will entail
identification of prospect customers (via various lead channels) and achieving the following –
Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target customers
Explaining them about the benefits of the program, they have selected or shown interest for.
Convincing customers to enrol in a paid premium experience class of the product/program.
Updating task/activities/ relevant information on various company platforms (e.g., LS, CRM,
reporting)
Accountable for creation of positive pipeline through strong follow-up to increase sales conversion.
Provide work related updates to reporting managers as required from time to time
Working Days: 6 days a week, with any (specific) one days being week-off You will be expected to
achieve the required input & output parameters as required by the business from time to time.
Preferred Skill Sets & Qualification:
Keen interest in education
A knack for sales and positioning an idea
Good Communication Skills
Ability to explain and convince customers
CTC: 4.75 LPA [3.75 LPA (Fixed) + 1 LPA (Variable) ]
Location: Currently WFH
Eligibility: 50% (10th, 12th, UG, PG with no current backlogs)
Note: Four Weeks of training (1 week classroom+ 3 week of On-the-Job Training) will be provided
and post successful achievement of the laid upon criteria’s, candidates will be offered with
Permanent role.
