Role and Responsibilities: –

• Handling the recruitment process
• Managing employees, training process, adequate induction, and working with all departments in a company
• Working on documentation
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Assists in the development of new programs, policies, or procedures
• Supporting employee opportunities for professional development and managing succession planning of staff
• Managing the whole process of onboarding and candidates’ data side by side
• Coordinating with different teams for interviews of different profiles on a daily basis
• Taking follow-ups from interns and guiding them on the best solution

Requirements: –

• Available for a duration of 3 months(part-time allowed)
• Can start the internship\\part time immediately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Proactive, conscientious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior past Internship experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn, listen to feedback and ask questions
