We are looking for a highly motivated and talented E-Commerce Executive to deliver best-in-class account management solutions to us and responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships of our brand.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage listings and Advertising on online marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon and etc.
• Do the quality check for the catalog images as per Image guidelines, uploading and reviewing product catalogs based on category guidelines and ensure that delivered data is 100% accurate and complete with a positive impact on customer experience.
• Check the pricing variation of the products as per the market.
• Solid understanding of Flipkart and Amazon bulk cataloguing, Marketplace management, Amazon and Flipkart Advertising (AMS, PLA, PCA, DSP)Inventory management, Understanding of Flipkart catalogue templates, its functionalities, and taxonomies
• Will be responsible for managing growth on the e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Channel/Account Management- Taking care of tasks related to specific channels, coordinating with sellers of various channels.
• Create Amazon Marketplace branded storefronts.
• Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketplace metrics and sales.
• Participate in promotions,sale,campaigns on different platforms

Qualifications

• Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Must be target oriented and driven
• Proficient with marketplace portals like Amazon, Flipkart, urbanladder etc .
• Excellent knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce. (Flipkart, Amazon, and other market places.)
